High Protein, Low Fat Pizza Crust

Hello flavor, goodbye waist! I started focusing on eating cleaner and prioritizing protein. I stumbled upon people making cottage cheese crust on TikTok and figured I’d give it a shot. You can watch my quick tiktok to get an idea through video.

Saw this recipe for a high protein pizza crust ans decdided to try it. I mixed half a container of cottage cheese, 1/4 cup of self rising flour, and teo eggs. Baked it for 30mins on 400. Then added my toppings. In the future I will cook thr crist longer for a crispier texture. Its a great healthier alternative to traditional pizza #cottagecheese #protein #proteinpizza

Ingredients:

  • Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup of Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • Garlic Seasoning
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Parchment Paper

Cook until brown and crispy on 400.

Mix 1/4 cups of flour, two eggs, and about 9oz of cottage cheese in a bowl. You can mix this in a blender if you want a smoother mixture. Place the batter on a cookie sheet using parchment paper. (Partchment paper is super important so that the crust doesn’t stick to the pan!)

Cook for 45 mins to get a brown crisp crust. This was a mistake I made. I should have cooked my crust longer for a firmer texture, but it was ok the way I made it. Once done, add your toppings of choice and enjoy!
