Ingredients:
- Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 Cup of Flour
- 2 Eggs
- Garlic Seasoning
- Italian Seasoning
- Parchment Paper

Mix 1/4 cups of flour, two eggs, and about 9oz of cottage cheese in a bowl. You can mix this in a blender if you want a smoother mixture. Place the batter on a cookie sheet using parchment paper. (Partchment paper is super important so that the crust doesn’t stick to the pan!)
Cook for 45 mins to get a brown crisp crust. This was a mistake I made. I should have cooked my crust longer for a firmer texture, but it was ok the way I made it. Once done, add your toppings of choice and enjoy!
